make sure you get both rest and exercise. It’s a beautiful time to be outdoors soaking in the cool fall air before it gets too cold. Our family is walking off our indulgences with a Turkey Trot around the neighborhood (pic most certainly to follow) and will undoubtedly be throwing the football around the yard after dinner.
