Together, we will be health partners in my NEW6S Wellness Program.
First we will address mindset and mentality, getting rid of limiting beliefs and asserting control over our health.
Then we will review your medical, surgical, family, and social history and perform a full physical exam.
We will set goals, identify barriers to achieving your goals, make a personalized plan and set your success in motion.
I'll provide you with a tracking journal, the education, support and accountability you need to optimize the nine different aspects of your health also known as NEW6S.
Because the body is a unit, we will utilize Osteopathic Manipulation to remove structural restrictions to your intrinsic healing mechanisms. Gentle hands-on techniques are applied to the musculoskeletal, lymphatic and autonomous nervous system to optimize functional capacity. We will evaluate your environment for toxic environmental exposures. We may choose to incorporate complementary and alternative techniques, acupuncture, supplements, hypnosis, meditation, tapping, energy work, Reiki, massage, counseling, nutritional therapy, physical therapy or home exercises. And maybe you'll even join me in my DanceRx fitness classes. You will leave our meetings with a clear plan, a follow up schedule and all the tools for success. Together, we will watch you learn, grow and thrive as you achieve your health and wellness goals.
