š We are more than 8 weeks into 2019. š Most of the people I know ditched their New Year's Resolution around week 2. š(A study from the University of Scranton found that less than 10% of people achieve their resolution). šSo knowing I'd likely fall into this group, this year instead of making a resolution, I decided to choose a theme word. I wanted a word that I could attach to multiple areas of my life instead of just choosing one resolution. šAt first I chose the word FINISH, because I'm a habitual non-finisher. But then I realized that I have so many projects and ideas that I have rolling around in my brain that I have never started! šš¼So, I chose the word START. What's great about this word is that when I fail, I can always still just START. Even if it takes 365 starts to get going. āļøEvery sunrise is a new chance to START. ā¤ļøIf you are to choose a theme word for your current goals, what would it be? šHow can you make your theme word into your mantra, and use it to motivate you toward those goals? https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/brain-wise/201612/the-science-why-new-years-resolutions-dont-work
